St Olav Waterway / Pyhän Olavin merireitti is a long distance pilgrim's hiking path from Turku through the Finnish archipelago. From the Åland Islands the path continues through Sweden and Norway on a route network of St Olav Ways.
You can spend a fabulous few day island hopping through the Finnish Archipelago from Turku to the Åland Islands and explore the hiking route as a round trip from Turku over a few days or as part of a longer pilgrimage along St Olav Ways to Trondheim, Norway.
St. Olav Waterway was an EU financed project of The Central Baltic Programme 2016-2019
St Olav Waterway is a part of St. Olav Ways to Trondehim and a certified Cultural Route of The Council of Europe.
